  4. I’m not sure what you are asking about. If you are asking about where you can get help about Java and C++, well in Java you have official Sun java page. And in C++ you have borland manual and many other resources as it’s a very old and widely used language. If you need any help or ebook in these languages please just let me know.

  6. Alright, This is the story of C++ and java in short.

You know that C is a very old language started in early 1970’s with the arival of Unix systems by Dennis Ritchie. But C is not object oriented language. Later in 1980’s Bjarne Stroustrup developed C++, giving more functionality to C and changing the structure of the language completely.

Then in ealry 90’s James Gosling and his team(Stealth later project Green) was trying to create a system that will make machines able to communicate with each others.(Some thing like a home controlling system) wiith C++. But he found that it’s very hard to do it with C++ and more tedious. So they started developing a new language and later it became Oak then to Java.

So the main difference between Java and C++ is, as you can understand Java is more easier to manage than C++, Because java don’t use pointers and also don’t have some hard rules C++ have. So you can say, Java is more easier to learn and understand than C++.

But C++, as I feel is more powerful. Because using pointers you can directly access memmory addresses and it’s very useful when you are doing port programming or network programming. And it also have more rules to controlle the sturcture of code. It may become a headach sometimes but it’s also useful in some places. Also another main thing in C++ is it doesn’t have a garbage collector like in Java or modern high level languages. So if you create an object in C++ you’ll also have to delete it by your self. If not, it can make a memory leak.

So that’s the main difference as I see. If you are interested in C++ go for it. It’s a very powerful language and you can do almost any thing with it.
